If an Olympus Property fails to respond to a guaranteed service request within 48 hours (two working days) the property will credit your next month's rental payment one days rent for each day the problem remains unsolved. The pledge covers all guaranteed service requests submitted Monday through Friday. Submissions after 4:00pm and on holidays will be considered to have been placed the following business day at 9:00am. Please see the office for details.
As a resident, you may transfer to any participating Olympus Property managed community, either in the same city or another city. By transferring, you will enjoy the same high quality service and value that you are accustomed to in your current apartment home.
